Option 1: Full Board Package
- Arrival: Monday, November 3, 2025 (check-in available from 3:00 PM)
- Departure: Thursday, November 6, 2025 (check-out by 12:00 PM)

- Program: Access to the full 2-day symposium program
- Accommodation: 3 overnight stays (November 3, 4, and 5)
- Meals:
- 3 breakfasts (November 4, 5 and 6)
- 2 lunches (November 4 and 5)
- 3 dinners (November 3, 4, and 5)
- Refreshments: Coffee, tea and water during program days.
