Polymorphic immune molecules and their functional diversity across species

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Symposium of the Society for Immune Polymorphism (SIP)

The Society for Immune Polymorphism is dedicated to understanding the genetic and functional variation of the vertebrate immune system, and the immune system’s role in evolutionary biology, disease and health.

After the tremendous success of our inaugural event, we are thrilled to announce the second edition of the SIP Symposium, taking place in hotel Van der Valk Sassenheim-Leiden, The Netherlands, from November 3 – 5, 2025.

The upcoming edition encompasses the vast range of polymorphic immune molecules and their functional diversity across species. This will be a focused and intimate meeting, with abundant opportunity for discussion, networking, and collaboration for scientists at all stages.

We warmly invite you to join us for an inspiring and enjoyable meeting alongside your colleagues – new and familiar. Let’s advance our understanding together in this ever-evolving field.

Register today and prepare for another unforgettable gathering!
