We encourage you to submit an abstract describing your work. All scientific abstracts will be
offered an opportunity for an oral presentation. There is a limit of one presentation per registered
attendee. All abstracts will be included in the symposium booklet.

Abstract deadline: June 15, 2026

When submitting your abstract, please follow the abstract submission guidelines:

• We kindly ask you to use the Abstract Template.
• The abstract must be written in English.
• The abstract should have a maximum length of 1800 characters (including spaces).
• Submit a short informative title containing major keywords (200 characters).
• Minimize the use of abbreviations and do not cite references in the abstract.
• The text must be a single paragraph without any headings.
• The authors and institutional affiliations should be included.
• Please send your abstract as an email attachment to office@sip-sassenheim.org.
